I also had a chance to visit Matt Gaward at ILM.  Visiting this studio was incredible!  It was as if I was at an art exhibition of all of my favorite Sci-Fi movies!  The concept art throughout the buildings is very inspirational.  And to top it off, I met Shawn Kelly, Rick O’Connor, Glen Macintosh, Charles Allneck, and Kevin Martel, who all sit in the same general area.  (For those of you not AMers, these are all amazing animators that appear in some of the AM video lectures from time to time)
